I rub my eyes. The smallest smidget of light filters through the crack in my wall and into my room. I sit up straight on my bed, which is pretty much just an old blow up mattress and a pillow. I look around my room. Aside from the 'bed' there's a small lamp, a few old posters, a mini fridge, a small portable stove, three small cabinets for food, clothes, and entertainment, and a beanbag in one corner. The walls are gray and made of stone. The floor is only light brown dirt that, when the world practically blew itself up, flooded this hollow old statue and made it so that the only way to get in and out is though the window.
